Building, contents, business income, and extra expense coverage are all available under the program with deductibles starting at $2,500
Flood and earthquake excluded
Cosmetic roof damage exclusion endorsement attached to all policies as allowed by the state in which the insured is located



Cargo & Warehouse Legal Liability

Cargo coverage available up to $500,000, $1 million
Higher limits available with underwriter approval
Warehouse legal available for storage of most types of goods under a warehouse receipt or other descriptive contract
No maximum limit



General Liability & Crime

General Liability: $1 million per occurrence, $2 million aggregate
$100,000 fire damage
$5,000 medical expense
Crime: $25,000 base limits; additional options available
