Types of risks we write

We write all varieties of this highly desirable business, ranging from a standard office computer setup to a communications center or a medical complex. To write coverage on a stand-alone basis, we expect insured values to be over $1 million. Smaller EDP values are often combined with regular contents in our commercial output form, where broader coverage is provided by several special coverage extensions.

Our focus is on risks with insured values per location falling within the range of $1 million to $10 million. Broadcasting towers with values over $1 million are subject to strict underwriting guidelines, depending on susceptibility to ice buildup and/or wind. Each risk is individually underwritten on its own merits.
