  • Broad definition of insureds, including volunteers
  • Penalties assessed under HIPPA are automatically covered up to $25,000
  • Wrongful acts include wrongful employment acts:  wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation
  • Non-cancellable by the insurer, except for nonpayment of premium
