Personal Umbrella policyholders

All other policyholders

When sending your payment by mail:
- Do not enclose cash
- Include your Customer Reference ID number on your check (located on the top right corner of your invoice)
- Sign your check
- Do not staple your check or money order
- Use the return envelope provided with your bill
