Report a Claim
To report a claim that involves a serious injury or fatality:
- During Business Hours: Call 1-800-444-0406 (Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. CT).
- After Business Hours: Call our Claim Hotline at 1-800-609-8041 (holidays, weekends or Monday – Friday from 5:30 p.m. - 8:30 a.m. CT.)
IMPORTANT: If the accident results in a serious injury or fatality, please call in the claim regardless of fault. If you are unable to call, please email the claim to New.Claim@rlicorp.com or fax the claim to 866-692-6796 and include “Serious Loss” or “Fatality” in the subject line. This will help expedite the claim processing procedure so we can quickly begin our investigation.
